• Can these dispensers be used for hand sanitiser or lotion?

  Yes, absolutely. Most of our standard manual pump dispensers handle liquid hand soap, antibacterial gel, hand sanitiser, and moisturizing lotions perfectly. However, we do not recommend using them for thick exfoliants with heavy exfoliating beads, as these can clog the internal pump mechanism.
  
  

• Are wall-mounted dispensers easy to install?

  Our wall-mounted soap dispensers come with all the necessary premium fixing screws and brackets included. For those who prefer not to drill into pristine bathroom tiles, we also stock a selection of drill-free, heavy-duty adhesive wall mounts that hold securely without damaging your walls.
  
  

• How do I clean and maintain my soap pump?

  To keep your dispenser working smoothly, we recommend flushing the pump mechanism with warm water every few months when you refill it. This prevents dried soap from building up. For the exterior, simply wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads, especially on matte black or brushed brass finishes.
  
  

• Will the metal dispensers rust over time?

  We use high-grade, rust-resistant materials such as 304 stainless steel, solid brass, and treated zinc alloys specifically designed to withstand the humid conditions of British bathrooms and damp kitchen sinks.
  
  

• Do touchless automatic dispensers require specific batteries?

  Our motion-sensor dispensers typically run on standard AA or AAA batteries, while some newer models feature eco-friendly USB recharging ports. Battery life depends heavily on usage, but a standard set will typically last between 3 to 6 months in an average household.
