Returning Unwanted Items
Simco Direct offers a 30-day return policy for any items that are unused and unwanted.
If you decide to return an item within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return request.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return label. Customers will need to download and print the return label, attach it securely to the package, and send the item back to our return address.
Please note the following conditions:
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns requested within 30 days.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for sending the return parcel to our return address using the provided label.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days, excluding any delivery or collection charges that may have been incurred.
Please note that items specially made to order are not refundable.
