The Hyco Handyflow HF05LM 5L Oversink Water Heater is a compact and practical point-of-use water heating solution designed to provide hot water to a single sink. Featuring a slimline 180mm depth, 2.0kW heating element and 5-litre capacity, it is ideal for occasional light dishwashing in workplaces and small commercial premises, including portable buildings, offices, shops, workshops and garages.

Designed as an open outlet, non-pressurised water heater, the Handyflow provides a straightforward solution where hot water is required at an individual sink. Its compact design and 5-litre polypropylene tank allow it to be installed neatly above a sink, while the supplied tap and chrome spout provide everything required for operation.

Efficient Heating with Adjustable Temperature Control
The HF05LM features a 2.0kW copper-sheathed heating element capable of heating the water quickly, with a minimum theoretical heat-up time of approximately 6 minutes for 70% of the tank capacity from 10°C to 60°C. An external temperature control allows the temperature to be adjusted to approximately 80°C, with an E setting of approximately 55°C.

Designed for Small Commercial Premises
The Hyco Handyflow HF05LM is particularly suited to locations where hot water is required occasionally rather than continuously. Its compact design makes it suitable for portable buildings, offices, shops, workshops, garages and other small commercial premises where space is limited.

The unit must be installed above a sink using the supplied wall fixing bracket, with the tap and spout positioned at the bottom of the unit.

Safe Vented Operation
The Handyflow operates as an open outlet, non-pressurised system. The supplied tap and spout must be used to ensure the unit is not pressurised. A re-settable thermal cut-out provides additional protection, while the frost protection setting can help protect the unit when power is switched on.

As with other vented water heaters of this type, it is normal for the spout to drip slightly during the heating cycle. This is caused by water expanding as it heats.
